HE IS RISEN IS WHY WE GO TO THE
NATIONS TO TELL!

Acts 17:3 (KJV) Opening
and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again
from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is
Christ. Rom
8:34 (KJV) Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea
rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God,
who also maketh intercession for us. |

It is a joy to compose
this prayer letter to you. Jesus is Alive! We are preaching
and serving a Living Saviour! 1 Pet 1:8 (KJV) Whom having not seen,
ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye
rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: This joy, gives us
strength.
Over the preceding 47
years, Marge and I have been striving to win souls all over the
world. Winning souls brings great joy. I believe God has given us
supernatural strength.
Neh 8:10 (KJV)… for
this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of
the LORD is your strength. . |

There are still great
opportunities in Ukraine and the former USSR. The prices of
buildings have increased in the towns and villages, yet we are still
purchasing buildings and land for local churches. (See
the report in last month’s Good News.)
We are doing this
where we have either supported the workers or planted the churches
that have been meeting in rented buildings. The prices has been
unbelievable. |

In the year 2000,
we had assisted in purchasing 12 buildings
Our vision was to
purchase an additional 12 buildings that year. The prices then
ranged from US$300.00 to $2,000.00, depending on the location. Now
it is from $700.00 to $5,000.00. |

Praise God, the total is
now 166 buildings purchased for local churches these past 10 years.
We have personally planted 66 churches in the former USSR.
They in turn have
multiplied and opened more than 200 more churches. Many of these are
still in rented buildings. |

What a great opportunity
to help these brethren to own their own building, their own “House
of Prayer.” We are hoping, with the help of God, to continue to
purchase as many as we can to help these people.
They are so
appreciative for any help we give them. Please pray God will help us
in this effort. We want to take advantage of this season. |

The prices are rising.
Although, we have purchased Public Halls, Theaters, Stores, Post
Offices, Schools, Restaurants and other types of buildings, most
have been houses in the villages. |
|
These large village
houses can be converted into nice humble church buildings.
Should the doors
close and we could not continue to work in the CIS, the saints will
have their own buildings.
We know you will pray
for this. |

Asia, Ukraine, CIS and Latin America with the seminars, schools and
crusade outreaches. God bless you and yours is our daily prayer.
