We first came to this city
of about 1 million in the early 1990?s and held crusades and seminars.
There were only a couple of churches at that time. In the
crusades, hundreds were saved and healed. We,
as a Team, planted a number of new churches,
which we rejoiced to say have grown and matured. Now the
people themselves have and are continually planting satellite churches.
Our good friend, Bishop Vasiliy Gedarevich has been a strong visionary
leader. We have now trained more than 2,000 workers and graduated over
1,200 in the 15 Bible Schools in Ukraine and Russia. We have also
trained more than 5,000 pastors and leaders in National Conferences and
seminars in these nations including Belarus. |

On this mission, we were
able to see the birthing of several more new churches. Working with
ministers that Walter Zygarewicz has coordinated, we have seen more than
425 new congregations in Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, Latvia and Belarus.
God?s Grace is being poured out in the former Soviet Union. Unlike new
laws restricting religious work in places such as Belarus and Russia,
Ukraine is experiencing unprecedented freedom to teach and share the
Good News of the Gospel. |

At 2AM of the morning of
graduation day, my new book in Russian came off the presses. Brother
Vitaliy from Kharkov drove 6 hours after being up all night, to receive
the books and bring them to the school in time to give each of the 140
students a free copy. We also have already given and sent out over 1,000
of the 5,000 you have helped us print. The English translation is the
same as the last book we printed of 10,000, except that it has been
updated and revised and made larger, ?Steps to Successful Christian
Living.? The last book proved a blessing to many. We have sold them in
the USA and Canada for $7.00 (in Russian only) but we do give them free
in Russia and Ukraine and other countries of the former USSR. |

We also were able to
purchase, by faith, 5 more buildings in Ukrainian villages, (a village
being up to 5,000 people) for church buildings for less than $7,000.00
total. We also, by faith, in the downtown area of Zaporozhiye,
pledged $9,000.00 for the purchase of an auditorium which seats over 500
plus, almost a block of stores and apartments. (See photo below left) It
is one of the best values we have seen. Of course, it will cost more
than the $9000.00 we pledged but the church that is using it is raising
the balance. |

This local church has about
600 members (fairly large) and I believe this was one of the churches we
planted some years ago. This makes a total of 97 buildings purchased in
the past dozen years of ministry in the former USSR. Of all the
wonderful things God did by His Spirit on this mission, the greatest
still was seeing souls coming to receive the Living Christ in the
rallies and outreaches. It was wonderful to see the many healings that
He did but still the more wonderful by far, was seeing lives changed by
the Power of His Saving Grace |

There are many other things
that we could tell but do not have space. John 21:25 And there are also
many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written
every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the
books that should be written. Amen. Please keep praying for us. |

By the time you receive this
report, we will have started our 16th Basic Bible Training School in
Donetsk, Ukraine and expect to train another 200 or more for the
ministry, with the help of the anointed teachers that Walter schedules
from USA, Canada, England and elsewhere. We believe in the 5 fold
ministry spoken of in (Eph 4:11 KJV) And he gave some, apostles; and
some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
Eph 4:12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry,
for the edifying of the body of Christ: |

It is because of this,
that over 90% who have gone through the Schools are now in ministry,
both in Ukraine, Russia and abroad. Our desire is to continue to share
the Gospel.
